It operates within a broad definition of experimental cinema, encompassing abstract and non-narrative forms as well as boundary-pushing works that are formally or thematically subversive, positioning themselves in contrast to classical narrative filmmaking. The section aims to present a selection of the most compelling projects that have experimented with form and narrative over the past year and a half.
